  • Ensure the region’s sales targets are met by working closely with the sales team to convert on sales leads
  • Quickly build proposals and SOWs
  • Be jointly responsible with the sales team for proposal and SOW numbers, closure numbers and pipeline figures for the respective region and must be result driven
  • Drive all activities and tasks that pertain to pre-sales support including interactions with prospective customers to clearly understand business requirements, define and clarify technical requirements in readiness for complete and wholesome responses to potential RFI/RFQ/RFP
  • Drive and own RFI/RFQ/RFP response preparation and submission
  • Develop business value materials and content for RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, presentations and demonstrations to key decision makers of prospective customers
  • Assist technical team by providing all necessary business inputs from the customer to work on ideas to spin out a quick POC (proof of concept)
  • Understand, explain, and sell the technology and technical aspects of DigitalAPICraft’s platform solutions and products to customers
  • Promptly respond to customer questions with deep, detailed technical explanations of platform/product solution features and capabilities
  • Support sales team during technical discussions
  • Provide all necessary technical inputs and assist technical team  with defining solution architecture, if required, for customer level meetings and presentations
  • Network with industry peers, specialists and top technical executives from prospective client companies
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, analyst views and business knowledge
Required Skill Set
  • Strong inclination and zeal towards pre-sales/selling process
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in pre-sales in the enterprise software technology space including Cloud, Data, APIs, Mobility with hunger to close sales and drive revenue numbers
  • Ability to quickly grasp customers’ technology and solution needs and transform the same into potential sales
  • Proven pre-sales experience on high tech projects/assignments across any of the following domains - Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telco or Media.
  • Experienced in sales life cycle management and proven ability to work independently with appropriate guidance, when needed, from account and sales leadership
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation and general communication skills; ability to quickly build a good rapport with clients is a must
  • Extraordinary team player with exceptional drive and collaborative skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional, diverse, cross-region, global teams with demonstrated abilities for success
  • Willingness to travel across the region to close sales leads jointly with the sales team
