Our customer, one of the largest US-based wireless network operators, offers wireless voice and data services across USA, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. As leaders in the space, constant innovation across all their products was key. Their developer portal was an innovation platform where their internal and external developers could collaborate, innovate and integrate new ideas.
In their journey towards offering innovative products, our customer wanted to rethink their developer portal strategy. They wanted developers (both internal and external) to collaborate effectively and influence upgrades to their product line. The hinderance, however, was that their developer portal had low adoption rate, lacked lustre, needed upgrade and continuous maintenance. DigitalAPICraft delivered an end-to-end solution to transform the customer’s developer portal and offered a cost effective solution for hosting the portal on our Atreus Hosting Platform.
