DigitalAPICraft is a global company that creates software products and services focused on APIs (application programming interfaces) and cloud computing technology. We were founded in 2017 by a small group of tech-lovers who dreamed of building the world’s best
API ecosystem. Today, we have offices in the US, UK, and India, and we work with clients from many different industries like banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, retail, and media.

We get information about you when you type it into our website’s and while using our services, or when you just give it to us directly.
Information collected during the account creation, when you sign up for a DigitalAPICraft account or customize your profile, we gather certain details from you. For example, this includes basic information like your first name and last name, email address, and phone number if you’re creating a DigitalAPICraft “One APIMarketplace” account. You also have the option to add a profile photo. If you ever decide to delete your account,please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account: Go to the DigitalAPICraft “One APIMarketplace” login page and enter your credentials.
2. Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, click on your profile picture or username at the top right corner to access the account settings.
3. Find the Account Deletion Option: In the account settings, look for the option labeled “Delete Account” or similar.
4. Confirm Deletion: Click on the “Delete Account” option and follow the prompts to confirm your decision. You may be asked to enter your password again or provide a reason for deleting your account.
5. Final Confirmation: After confirming, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You will receive an email confirming the deletion.
Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to back up any important information before proceeding with the deletion.
Information You Provide for our Support channels, our services include customer support, where you can submit a request or provide information if you’re having an issue with one of our services. Whether you identify yourself as an account admin, billing contact, open a support ticket, talk to one of our support staff, or reach out to our support team in any other way, we’ll ask you for:

  •  Details about the problem you’re experiencing.
  • Any documentation, screenshots, or other information you think could help resolve the issue.
The goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to explain the situation so we can help fix the problem quickly. Simply provide what you feel is relevant in your own words. Payment information collected while using our paid services, when you sign up for our paid services, we’ll ask you for payment and billing information. How long we keep your information
  • We retain personal data during any period in which you have expressed an interest in our products and Services, for as long as you have an account with us in order to meet our contractual obligations to you, and for eight years after that to identify any issues, resolve any legal proceedings or use it for managing our business and Services. DigitalAPICraft takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place, including:

  • If you receive commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email policy.
  • Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to 15 business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that limited period. Additionally, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.
  • You can prevent your device from sharing precise location information at any time through your device’s operating system settings.

How we transfer information we collect internationally

We collect information from individuals around the world. To provide you with our services, we may need to transfer, process, and store your information outside of the country where you live. This could include transferring your data to countries where DigitalAPICraft or our third-party service providers (and other recipients mentioned in our Privacy Policy) operate.
DigitalAPICraft’s main hosting facilities are located in India. However, whenever we transfer your information to another country, we take steps to protect it.

Our policy towards the Children.

  • Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
  • DigitalAPICraft does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you think that your child provided this kind of personal data on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

To enhance our privacy program and further demonstrate our commitment to protecting your personal information, DigitalAPICraft has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
